Napolitano Blasts the PATRIOT ACT

Judge Andrew Napolitano spoke to congressional staffers yesterday afternoon.  His topic was "Civil Liberties in a Time of War."  Judge Napolitano gave a blistering denunciation of the PATRIOT ACT.  That evening, he spoke to Congressman Ron Paul's Liberty Caucus.

Judge Napolitano is the senior legal analyst for Fox News and the author of Constitutional Chaos:  What Happens When Government Breaks Its Own Laws, and The Constitution in Exile:  How the Federal Government Has Seized Power by Rewriting the Supreme Law of the Land.
